NAVI MUMBAI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION has a site regarding NMMC Property tax.
This site is very usefull tool. But the lazy infrastructure does not update this site regarding payments made, name change etc.
When we open the site we get information 6 months ago. for example the payment of property tax made in the month of January is not updated till date. Now this is new finacial year and most of the previous year a/cs are to be closed. When we seek information regarding property tax code. It never get correct information. Actually every month it should be updated.
I dont know why these govt. authorities have the tendency to use newer system by spending lots of money from the pockets of public and not providing right information to public. I thinks while purchasing the software there is tendency to do corruption and then did not attend to what is happened with the softwafe and the actual output.
NMMC authoritise should clarify the situatuation as to why this site is not updated regularly, If the electronic media is providing the information about 6 months old then hell of information and hell of the system,
