Leakage of drain water from flat above

I am a resident of Flat No. 98. The bathroom drainage pipe of Flat No. 100 which is directly above our flat is broken. Whenever they use their bathroom all their waste water seeps through our ceiling and trickles down through the windows of our bathrooms. This is leading to peeling off of our ceiling plaster and paint. Off late, the situation is so bad that the dirty water is dripping from the ceiling of our bathrooms onto us and all the toiletries kept there. This monsoon has only aggravated the problem to a level of extreme disgust.
We have been telling the residents of Flat No. 100 to rectify the problem for the past one year, but with no success. We have also been following up with our RWA again with no success. Can anyone help us?
