PF Still pendind with PF Office & no status update

Dear Sir,

I have submite my documents to Bangalore PF Office in Jan10 but no action has been taken by them. Still no update have updated in system & on Internet. No body is taking responsiblity for providing the details.

My PF no. is: KN / BN / 34272 / 28309.

Please help me.
