PF Not Received since leaving company in November

Dear All,

My name is Aditya Sharma. My PF number is KN/BN/25155/1179 I had left my last company Adecco in November and had filled the PF form but they had misplaced it. I filled the PF Form again in March but i still haven't received my PF Amount till date. (Promised some action by my company in end July then August, September) We are now at the 15th of October but i still haven't got the amount to be credited to my account.

Please help!
