PF settlement

Hi,

My complain is regarding PF office Bandra. My 19&10C forms were deposited with Bandra PF office on 14th February. But It is not been settled even after 45 days. When I am checking the status it is showing Payment is under process. But according to their web site it should be settled within 30 days from the date of deposit. Please help me to resolve the issue.
