Sub: Non delivery of important documents (speed post)

I sent a very important document by speed post to Ghaziabad (U.P) on 14.07.2011 from Gogri – Jamalpur, khagaria (Bihar) PIN -851203. Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered. Gogri department said – I am send. But speed post no is no show in computer.

It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately? And hard action
