PCC not yet submitted for police verification

This is regarding PCC application of my husband and me file numbers: HYD-M0110 and HYD-M011909-10. These were applied on 18th march at RPO, Secunderabad, AP. Today being 6th of april, when checked with Saifabad Police Station (near IMAX) they say file is not yet sent to police for verification by the passport office. We have to apply for student visa and the course starts in May first week. There is no time for me and I donot have a PCC nor my passport in hand. I have seen some applications status as dispatched on the status site but mine still says police verification yet to be received. Why is there such a delay in these passport services. This is a matter of a students career.By luck I have got admission into the university after attempting and scoring good in so many tough exams and now because of the PCC my visa is not moving further. This is real frustrating situation. Hope anyone understands me and gets my husbands and my PCC done on time. Please... Please... Please... Please... Please... Please... Please... Please... Please... Please... Please... This is very important for my husband and me
