Non-receipt of corrected Voter ID card

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name on the voter id card was spelt incorrectly as Abhijeetkumar instead of Abhijit Kumar. The online records on the electoral roll show my name as Abhijitkumar whereas it should be Abhijit Kumar. The prescribed Form 8 that should be submitted for the correction of any details on the voter ID card was submitted in June. It has been over a year now and still the corrected Voter ID card has not been sent to me or any kind of notice has not been sent to come and collect it. Kindly advise me as to what I should do next.
