But your branch office told us that the consignment was not reached and no track record with them. Then my representative given our contact mobile ph. No. to intimate us when the C.N. reach their and they record our Ph. No. Again when we enquired at your Ghy. office today iteslf over ph. about the consignment then also they told us that the consignment yet to reach.

But now we confirm from your tracking system that the said consingment return to the sender due to wrong address.

We think it will loose your reputation. Pl. take necessary action.
