My PAN card dispatched to me vide airway bill no: 29128229892 on july 19 has not been delivered till august 1.

Your tracking system says that my house was locked on July 31. This is absolutely wrong. My house is never locked and there is always one or the other family member at home. No one came to deliver the consignment. A reputed company like yours is not expected to make false statements.
