Pf money not transfered to bank account

Dear sir,

PF refund form was submitted on 19 oct 09 through novo nordisk india pvt ltd. Bangalore in the Regional PF Office Bangalore.my pf number is 001257 Till date the refund is not given. Spoken to the novo nordisk india office and was informed that it would be done in first week on january. Now That deadline has also passed but there is no response from PF department Bangalore.
