Poor Quality of material for road construction

This is my humble request to the bihar government to take action against the people who are using very poor quality of product in making roads.

For now maker panchyat who is making brick road in west thahara is using broken and very poor quality of bricks.

I know Nitish G is trying to punish the culprits but how he can punish all in root level. Its my humble request to stop the usage of poor quality of raw materials. Please stop it.
