Nsc certificate
LOST and no response from Post office

Sir

My father had some NSC certificates and I am the nominee. My father expired in 2004 and I gave the original NSC from transfer at the post office and failed to take the ack/

I waited for this time and gave a return complaint that the certificates are missing and wanted to know the present status.

The PO authorities and not replying properly and I want to know what relief is there for me and the meanwhile the NSC got already matured.
