Non payment of Maturity amount

Purchased two NSC while i was Hyderabad from Putli Bowli PO (No. 6NS 47EE 516852 for Rs 10000/_ and No. 6 NS/56SS 311183 for Rs 1000/- on 11.2.2004) and submitted application to NLC Neyveli PO 607803 on 8.3.2010., 4.5.2010 and to transfer the above. but till date no action was taken by either by NLC PO or Pulti Bowli PO Hyd. Kindly direct them to expeidte the case.
