Verification of NSCs from Jammu PO

Sir, I am having 3 NSCs purchased from Jammu Post Office while my posting at Jammu. Now I am transferred to Bhopal. I approached to Ravishankar Nagar PO for verification of my NSCs purchased from Jammu and given them with a letter on 22.10.2009. I have contacted the PO many times but they could not get the NSCs verified. Again I reminded them on 24.12.2009 for the verification.

Sir, I approached on 06.01.2010 but the result was same. Then I asked them what should I do. They were of the view that make a complaint. we can not do anything.

Sir in this situation, how can anybody approached for the services of postal department.
