Speed Breakers on Powai police Station Rd

Sir,

I stay at Powai near Powai police station. In last few days there are 4 speed breakers that have spurned up in a small stretch of less than 300 meters. There are made unscientifically that the vehicles have to come to complete halt before crossing.

To the best of my knowledge few years back High Court had issued orders to remove all the speed breakers. I do not know how can these speed breakers can be built right in front of Police Station???
