Om Sai International Packers and Movers
Insurance Claims for damages done during transportation IGNORED

I availed the services of Om Sai International Packers and Movers to transport my household goods from Pune to Agra on 26th November and I am extremely unhappy with their services and the attitude of the person in-charge, Mr Akhilesh Mishra. I have following complaints against them:

1 - The goods carrier was to reach on 2nd Dec when in fact, after a lot of follow up, it reached on 10th Dec

2- The owner - Mr Akhilesh Mishra - does not answer the calls and never calls back

3- I have been trying to get through to these people to claim the isurance [Insurance of 25000 INR] for A LOT of DAMAGED goods. First I was asked by Mr Akhilesh to have my money [Rs. 750.00 for the insurance] refunded as he will not be able to send a surveyor to assess the damage. When I did not agree and tried to get in touch with them they have been dodging my calls very conveniently,

I will lodge a formal written complaint at the Local Pune consumer court. The details of the service provider are mentioned below:
