No Customer care and no delivery even after 10 days

This is most horrible experience I ever had with a courier company. Their website shows that my parcel is sent to kolkata (from delhi by Air) on 8 th April but even on 12 th April I didnot receive it. My main problem is not the late delivery but no one picks up their phone in kolkata branch, I keep calling them their phone is busy and I connect and hear a ringtone and wait, but no one picks up for 3 days, Then I call up their Delhi Branch which shows a series of 10 telephone numbers and no one picks up on Any of the 10 numbers. I think these kind of companies which advertise "High Standards-On Time Delivery Service" and deliver little should be banned for doing Business
