Non procurement of my documents sent through ondot courier services

My important documents have yet not been delivered to my bangalore residence even after 6 days, I mailed it through ONDOT services on 12 . jan from bhopal [MP] to bangalore. My cons . no. is 217155411.My calls are unanswered by the ONDOT services. Due to this delay i have incurred a financial loss. I want to file a complaint in court and ready to do all formalities until i get the compensation and satisfactory explanation. Please accept my complaint. They cant take their customers for granted, they have to be accountable for their inefficency.
