Opened parcel sent through registered post
Missing articles from registered parcel

I am dr neha. i had sent a parcel through the registered post (India post) from flower bazaar, Chennai office to my parents in panchkula, Haryana. the parcel was opened when it was delivered, some of the articles were missing from it and instead paper was filled in it and repacking was attempted by the India post official tape. this clearly shows that the parcel was tampered at the post office itself. but the post office people are not paying attention to my complaint and are not ready to take its responsibility. according to them, registered post is not insured and guarantee is only for parcels sent through speed post and not registered post.

please help me.
