Mental Harasment

I joined the Organising Committee Commonwealth Games 2010 Delhi in June as Project Officer (Venue Development) on deputation. The letter from the Secretary General (OCCWG D2010) clearly stated that my services are required on deputation basis. I wrote a letter to my parent organisation to relieve me on deputation basis.

Case: I was on deputation with the Organising Committee Commonwealth Games 2010 Delhi. Despite of a letter from the Principal confirming that I was on deputation, I am now been harassed by one of the official - Abrar Hussain for twisting the case and prolonging communications, trying to mentally harass.

I would like to know the process to sue the concerned official and take him to the court for justice. How do I follow the process.
