PAN Card Missing in transit

Dear Sir/Mam,

I Mr. Yogesh, Vill.- Bakoli, Alipur, Delhi - 110036 have been applied for PAN card. The Income Tax Deptt. issue me Pan No. - AFXPY4855P & dispatch it through Overnite Express Ltd. via Airway Bill No.- 6755456960 on dated - 09/03

I have not received my Pan Card till date. I Enqired about this to the releted courier company. The Company replied that the Courier have been misplaced & Use Unmanners language with me many times. The name of the Company Executive is Mr. Sunil (Head Office Mahipalpur, Delhi) & Contact No. - 9313037014

I therefore request, you to please take a necessery action about the Courier Company for this unresponsable work & dispatch me the Pan Card ASAP before 31st March.
