Dear Sir,

I am an applicant to UPSIDC, Aligarh (UP) for allotment of industrial plot at CDF Aligarh.

On my visit to the GM`s office he asked for a bribe of Rs. 5 lakhs for the allotment, i am fulfilling all the criterias for the allotment but i will not be alloted the plot unless i pay Rs. 5 lakhs to the GM here ar aligarh.

Plz tell me what is the point in setting up industrial zones and spending so much money.
