DUMPING GARBAGE IN THE RESIDENTIAL AREA

Last few days, truck loads of garbage are dumped and buried in the residential areas along Palavakkam beach. They are still doing it in the nights, when the city goes to sleep. The contractor who is supposed to dispatch the garage is secretly dumping them in our areas, which affects ground water and the environment in a big way. Pls do the needful to find out the culprit and stop this atrocity.
