Non delivery of Registered lette

We had sent a letter covering a dd of Rs.26000/- by Regd. Post vide Receipt No.322 dtd 24.12.10 addressed to M/s Ideal Dealers (P) Ltd., 50, J.L.Nehru Road, Air India Building, Kolkata-700 071, but regret to inform that our said mail has not yet been delivered to the addressee till date although a period of over 10 days has elapsed. Pl help us to sort out this issue by tracking fate of said consignment.
