Corrupted estate TDO

Sir i have been apply an complain on 18th august north zone, asarva zonal estate department located at memco, ward kalapi nagar and complaint no is 100B-01-0B00023 (with the inward no. 4312).

as per BPNC act. 478 to do seal my property. because its located in housing society and using as a commercial from my brother. its been too long i complain... and i get to know that our few officer went there for it n GOT GOOD for do not do anything from the commercial user...

so now what should i do? against our corrupted officers... i have attached a copy of my application here...
