I have applied for a PAN (AICPB4004H) card way back in July. I still have not received my pan card. I have followed up umpteen number of times with NSDL as well as Aiykar Sampark Kendra via phone and email (Complaint No. is 95002162 (online) 1546143 (tele)) however all I have been told is it is under process with the income tax department. It is very frustrating to follow up so many time and get nowhere. I have been asking them for grievance escalation procedure but havent been getting tht too.
