Dear sir

i pawan kumar sharma is daving a pan card bearing no-BGWPS1997R .this pan has pan blocked telling me that i have a one more pan card, they sent me letter regarding this to present myself in front of ward officer, ward no36 (2). ITO delhinor a penelty of 10000 will be charged, i went there and gave all my concernd clarification, the office told me write application, after that i gave 2 more application but no result, my TDS foe 3 year are blocked for refund, i have been getting tds on same pan, i m wooried abt my refund, when this issue will solved
