Tapal not yet received

Dear sir,

My name is R.B.Vigesh. My pancard was despatched from Chennai IT department office on 07/01. The receipt no. is 2847543274. Till date I am not yet received the tapal. Last week, I met Mr. Kesavan, he is working in yours Perambur branch office. He told that within 2 days, I will clear the problem. But he did not attend any phone call from me.

I am mentally upseted by this problem. Please do needful otherwise I will go for legal action against you.
