In Mandi District of Himachal Pardesh is not compatible for the Post of Principal in Engineering College according to AICTE norms, as he is from Sports side and how he can handle the affairs if a technical Institute, we r talking about P.S. Guleria, who is presently the principal of this college, please go through his qualification criteria

So kindly look into the matter otherwise it will become a big issue: its like a playing with futures of our children.
