Apply for duplicate pan card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had apply for Duplicate pan card in month of March, My Acknowledge number is 881030206389675. but till date i haven't receive that. daily i was looking for status in their website, but the same status they are showing that document not complete, even 3 times i have submitted valid document, 3 time in a week, i am calling in pan card Customer care no. but they are also not responding. they said the communication address in different, but i already sent 2 times the valid documents them by mail, by fax, and by post, but they are unable give me required feedback.please help me to get my pan card, its very urgent.
