Regarding Cement Road in our Street

We are living in the Village named Pooviyoor under South Thamaraikulam Panchayat in Kanyakumari District. We have a street to our House in front of the Vinayagar Temple. The street is the only way to us, since our house in the only one house in our street. South Thamaraikulam Panchayat Officer had decided to lay Cement Road in our street before 5 months. We had given objection for the same in Written to her that we dont need cement road for our street. Now a big person near by our street had taken a way in our street and insisted the South Thamaraikulam Panchayat Officer to lay the Cement Road. She had approved for the same after our objection. We had requested her we never need the Cement Road, but she had rejected our request. Now they are going to lay the Cement Road by taking our land too. We are having no body to help in this regard. Kindly do the needful urgenetly since they are going to lay the cement road within 2 days.
