Increasing Stray Animals

Dear SirMa'am,

I am a resident of GH-13, Paschim Vihar, and i wanted to divert your kind attention to our society and its problems... in last couple of months their have been an drastic increase in number of stray animals wandering in our society and specifically near GH 13, DDA MARKET... Stray cows and Dogs are creating a nuisance... and now even cow breeders leave their cows in our parks... last week my friend broke his motorcycle just to save a dog who out of nowhere came in between the road... because of cow-dungs their is always a foul smell in the locality... some of the cows have even lost their senses and attack pedestrians which includes children too...

Kindly look into the matter and resolve this problem...
