Passort office thane
No responce to phone calls

I am Ranjeeta staying in Vashi, I have applied for passport in NOV still due to some address query I got a letter to contact passport office. I tried all the telephone numbers 25830116/17/18/19/20 for two days no buddy responded. It is so uncomfortable and irritating. Finally I bunked my office and visited passport office there too for a small query they told me to fill personal identification forms again. I did it and submitted, my police verification also happened again and it was OK. Still I got a letter from passport office again that your file is incomplete please contact else your file will be closed, letter received at home on 10th FEB and last date to contact was 17th FEB, letter was posted on 18th JAN. If system is so incompetent then why government is not giving this system on contract to some good PVT company to speed up the job??? and make it more transparent??? And more customer friendly???
