Police Report not recieved msg by passport authorities

Hi,

I had applied for passport on 10-02-10, with file reference no "HYD-A300696-10"

Police verification had completed on 21-02-10. But the passport site is showing that "Police Report has not been received".

How much time does it takes to get my passport? I heard some bad news regarding secunderabad passport office. They are taking too much time to do passport books.
