Delayed of my passport

My passport was applyed on 03/11vide file reference number is " HYDH02396710 ". The policeverification was complated in the month of 18/01.the status on the RPO website said that the passport would be dispatched by 28/04 .But unfortunately form 05/05 the onthe RPO website saya " It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time " from last four months in the RPO wabsite showing .wen did it will dispatch my passport i want to go to aborde
