Passport
PASSPORT NOT YET RECIEVED

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was applied my passport on April on 2010 and i received my passport on the same year Sep 2010 itself. But, in my passport i identified an error in my father name.

In place of my father name (M.Subrahmanyam) it should be as M.Venkata Subbiah, which should be my grandfather name in received my passport.

I was given a compliant and paid Rs:1000/- for correction of father name on 14-October.

Status up to June is under process later not a valid reference number in passport application status.

I did not received my passport still now, after my compliant on October.

How do i proceed to further to get my passport as early as possible?

Or Need to re-apply as new one or missing?

Please take this is as my compliant and provide guidance to further proceedings.
