Regarding my passport application

Dear Sir,

sub: Requesting to give solution for my problem.

I have applied passport with two PP forms (for Present address & Permanent address) at Passport cell, Vellore. The Police verification for both address was over. But my passport status is application under process. Then when i queried, i heard that police officer was missed my Permanent verified forms somewhere. He didnt take any steps to send my second verification forms to chennai office.

I filled and gave new PP form also.

Kindly give me solution for this, soon
