Passport stuck at British high commission

Respected Sir/ Madam,

This is Manish Nagda, a civillion from Udaipur (Rajasthan). I would like make a request about my passport matter. My passport is stuck in British high commission, new delhi for more than nine months which they are not returning back even after too many applications. The detailed matter is as below.

Actually I have been to Britain on student visa before a year. Then after coming back to India, I again applied for a student visa as I wanted to pursue a diploma in London again. I applied for this visa in January. It has been nine months but still there is no reply from their side. As there was no reply, I have also applied for the withdrawal of the visa, but still there is no reply from their side.

Besides, the main problem is that recently I have joined a company which wants to send me to China for the official purpose. Neither I can go for it due to lack of passport nor I can refuse to company as it is the question of my carrier.

This is just the starting of my carrier and I am in very big dilemma. I am getting good career prospects from my company but due to British high commission only there is a possibility that I ruin my career and my whole life myself! (while there is no fault from my side. My only fault is that I tried to study further!)

I hereby request you to kindly interfere into the matter and release my passport. Because if I loose this chance in this company, I may loose my job and I don't know what I will do after that with my life!

I am looking for a quick and favorable reply from your side as you are my last hope.
