On 01-Mar I had submitted my passport for addition of passport and change of address.

Till now status is showing as PV is pending. I enquired in my local police station also but they have not received any document related to my file number.

Till now I have submitted 4 additional Personal Particular form for police verification in Passport office.

After that also status is same.

Passport office is saying that they have sent the details to local commissioner office, but commissioner office is saying that they have not received any documents from the passport office.

Please let me know the process to speed-up police verification process.

Can i cancel current Process and apply for fresh passport? If yes then let me know the process to cancel the same.
