Passport delayed

My passport application number is BNGH00727310

I have submitted for my spouse name inclusion and address change on 13/4, they have said I will recieve my passport with in a month time. It has been 45 days and still the staus is showing "FILE IN LINE FOR FURTHER PROCESSING" kindly help me to get my passport soon, because i have been waiting to apply for my VISA
