Delay in issuing passport under tatkaal

Dear SIr,

i have applied for a passport under tatkal scheme at 19/07/10 with the file # bn2071271470610 in Sai Arcade Bangalore. i got an assurance from PSK people in Passport Seva Kenadra that i am going to get with in 3 working days my passport will be in my hand. but unluckly today is the 5th day and no resposne from your end. even i called your customer care and registered a compaint # 1010000990 Even though no response for this. please know the meaning of urgency. if it is not possible to meet your assurance dont give assurance to publec like politicians.

please look in to this issue seriously and let me know the status that when i am going to receive my passport. i am very badly need my passport.
