Delay in dispatch of passport

Sir,

I had applied for renewal of passport on Feb 18th under the old scheme to RPO koramangala Bangalore, my police verification got over 2 months back, still they haven't dispatched my passport, they have given some nos but they don't lift the calls, also some officials behave rudely when we go there for inquiry. I please request you to look into this matter as i need my passport urgently as i have got a student visa to the US and will be getting a call to madras.
