"police report has not been received" for last 5 months

I have applied for passport Oct. My parmanent address address is Memari and am currently living at Durgapur. Both from Durgapur poilice and Memari police my verification has been done 4-5 month ago. But in the status it is still showing police report has not been received.

I need the passport very soon but i don't know what to do. Can somebody pls help me out.
