I Mr E V SUBRAMANIYAN, s/o E S VEERARAGHAVAN had submitted my Passport for renewal on 10 Dec vide File No O 003663. However the enquiry of Police to previous address in Rampur had happened only in January by that time I had left Rampur and presently residing at Greater Noida (U.P).

I would there, request you to please issue a letter indicating my file closure, so that I can apply for a fresh passport in Ghaziabad.
