Delay in issue of Passport

Sir,

SUBJECT: Application no BLY-A049120-11 FARHA ZAINAB

Pasted below are the mails that I have been sending to the Passport Office Bareilly regarding File Reference Number: BLY-A049120-11, but, it is unfortunate to write that I have not received a single response on the status of the said passport application. It is to mention that the first mail was sent in December.

I have been following up for the last 3 months regarding the status of the below mentioned passport application, but, am sorry to say that I have not received a single revert on the same.

Applicant's Name: FARHA ZAINAB Applicant's Date of Birth : 07-09-1987

STATUS :

It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

Sir, I thankfully state that I have received the Passport of my son a fortnight ago. But, the status of the application for my wife (BLY-A049120-11) has remained unchanged on your website for the last 2 months.

The Enquiries for these applications have been done more than a month ago.

Request you to kindly provide the actual status as the captioned status is unchanged since October.
