Passport not despatched

Dear Sir/Madam,

im GINI SATYANARAYANA applied for the passport in the SP office eluru on 23rd june. Police verification has completed and my refrence no is VSPZ005356 . When i cheked in the net the status is showing that the passport will be dispatch on 6th of september.

and when i check on 6th sep it is showing the below mwsaagae in the status

"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time "

sir, pls do the needfull.
