Passport not received and no reply for grievances

My mother (Jayaraman Vathsala) applied for passport on 20th july FILE NO: P002605 through PuducherryPassport office, i sent two reqisitions on 30th november and 1st december to clarify me the status of that application, but i dint any reply from them. Even when we called to the office, nobody picked up to answer us. When status was seen in Regional Passport office website,

the answer was this-

Unable to get the status because of one of the following reasons :

Incorrect File No. / Year / Date of Birth - Please try again

Application was submitted more than one year back

Your Passport might have been despatched a month back and has not return.

I request you to hear our voice and reply us. expecting to clarifying our doubts.
