Passport not received

Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport on 09-04 File Reference No. GZB-A005836-07 at Ghaziabad passport office, Entire verification process has been done. When i checked up passport status after one month it was showing that my passport will shortly delivered at my residence. I have not received after long time, Mean while i went for out of state on some assignment. Now i require my passport, Today when i checked up status again this is showing "Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO"

Please guide me from how i can get my passport.
