Police verification still pending

Respected Sir/Madam,

Ihad applied for Passport on 07-10-1009 with FILE REFERENCE NO.W25652409.But still the police verification is pending. The passport status page always shows that police report has not been recieved.

The Passport enquiry phone numbers always says that number is BUSY.So please look after this as early as possible.
